EvolveX is an advanced, non-invasive body contouring treatment designed to tone muscle, improve skin firmness and EvolveX is a noninvasive, hands-free body contouring treatment designed to improve skin firmness, enhance muscle definition and refine the appearance of selected areas of the body.
The customizable system combines radiofrequency energy and electrical muscle stimulation to address different concerns within one treatment platform. Depending on your goals, treatment may focus on loose-looking skin, reduced muscle tone or a combination of skin, tissue and muscle concerns.
EvolveX does not require incisions, anesthesia or an extended recovery period, making it easy to incorporate into a busy schedule.
How does EvolveX work?
EvolveX uses multiple technologies that can be performed individually or combined as part of a personalized treatment plan.
Radiofrequency energy delivers controlled heat to the skin and underlying tissue. This heating process supports collagen remodeling and can help the treated skin appear smoother and firmer.
Electrical muscle stimulation causes targeted muscles to contract repeatedly, similar to the contractions that occur during exercise. These contractions are intended to improve the appearance and strength of selected muscle groups.
Your provider will determine which technology or combination of technologies is most appropriate for your concerns.
What concerns can EvolveX improve?
EvolveX may be used to address:
- Mild to moderate skin laxity
- Loose or sagging-looking skin
- Reduced muscle tone or definition
- Uneven-looking body contours
- Areas that appear less firm following weight changes
- Textural irregularities in the skin
- Selected areas of stubborn fullness
- A desire for more defined abdominal, arm, thigh or buttock contours
EvolveX is a body contouring treatment rather than a weight-loss procedure. It is generally most appropriate for patients who are near a stable weight and want to improve specific areas.
What EvolveX treatments are available?
The EvolveX platform offers three customizable treatment options.
Evolve Tite: Tite uses bipolar radiofrequency energy to heat the skin and underlying tissue. This controlled heating encourages collagen renewal and may improve the appearance of loose, uneven or crepey skin.

Evolve Tone: Tone uses electrical muscle stimulation to create involuntary muscle contractions. It targets selected muscle groups to enhance the appearance of muscle strength, tone and definition.

Evolve Transform: Transform combines bipolar radiofrequency energy with electrical muscle stimulation. By addressing skin, underlying tissue and muscle during the same appointment, it offers a more comprehensive approach to body contouring.
Your treatment plan may include one technology or a combination of treatments based on your anatomy and aesthetic goals.

What areas can be treated?
EvolveX may be used on several areas of the body, including the:
- Abdomen
- Arms
- Thighs
- Buttocks
- Hips
- Other areas with mild skin laxity or reduced muscle definition
Multiple areas may be treated during the same appointment when appropriate. Your provider will position the applicators based on the size and shape of each treatment area.
What happens during treatment?
Before treatment, your provider will evaluate the selected areas and customize the applicator placement, energy level, temperature and treatment duration.
The hands-free applicators are secured over the treatment area. Depending on the technology being used, you may experience controlled warmth, gentle pulling or rhythmic muscle contractions.
The system monitors the temperature of the skin during radiofrequency treatment so adjustments can be made when necessary. A patient call button also allows you to pause the treatment and alert the staff if you become uncomfortable.
Appointments commonly last approximately 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the treatment mode and number of areas being addressed.
Is EvolveX uncomfortable?
Most patients tolerate EvolveX treatments well.
Radiofrequency treatment may feel similar to a warm or hot-stone massage. When electrical muscle stimulation is used, you will feel the targeted muscles tighten and release repeatedly, similar to the sensation of an intense workout.
The treatment intensity can be adjusted gradually based on your comfort level. Tell the treatment team if the warmth or muscle contractions become uncomfortable so the settings can be modified.
How many treatments will I need?
EvolveX is generally performed as a series rather than a single treatment. Appointments are often scheduled approximately once a week for several weeks.
The number of sessions recommended will depend on:
- The areas being treated
- The technology being used
- The condition of your skin
- Your current muscle tone
- The severity of your concerns
- Your body-contouring goals
- How your body responds to treatment
Your provider will develop a personalized treatment schedule during your consultation.
When will I see results?
Some patients begin noticing gradual changes after the first few treatments. Skin firmness, muscle definition and overall contour may continue improving as the treatment series progresses.
Radiofrequency-related improvements may develop more gradually as the body produces and remodels collagen. Muscle-toning results also require time and can vary based on your starting muscle condition, activity level and treatment consistency.
Results are individual and EvolveX cannot guarantee a specific amount of fat reduction, skin tightening or muscle development.
Is there any downtime?
EvolveX requires little to no downtime. Most patients can immediately return to work and resume their regular daily activities.
Temporary effects may include:
- Redness
- Warmth
- Mild tenderness
- Temporary swelling
- Muscle fatigue or soreness
Warmth and redness generally improve within a few hours. Muscle soreness may feel similar to what you experience after exercising and typically resolves on its own.
How long do the results last?
The duration of your results depends on the treatment performed, your age, weight stability, activity level and natural aging process.
Regular exercise and a balanced lifestyle can help maintain muscle tone and body-contouring results. Changes in weight, pregnancy, aging and reduced physical activity may affect the treated areas over time.
Periodic maintenance treatments may be recommended to help preserve your results.
How should I prepare for treatment?
Before your EvolveX appointment:
- Drink enough water to remain well hydrated
- Arrive with clean skin on the treatment area
- Avoid applying lotions, oils or self-tanning products
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the treatment area
- Tell your provider about all medications and supplements you take
- Report any recent surgery or cosmetic procedure in the treatment area
- Tell your provider about any implanted medical device
- Report any active infection, rash, open wound or skin irritation
- Discuss any medical condition that affects your muscles, nerves, circulation or ability to sense heat
Your provider may give you additional instructions based on the type of EvolveX treatment being performed.
Who is a good candidate for EvolveX?
EvolveX may be appropriate for adults who want to improve mild skin laxity, enhance muscle definition or refine specific body contours without surgery or significant downtime.
The treatment is generally best suited for patients who:
- Are near a stable body weight
- Have realistic expectations
- Want to address specific areas rather than achieve overall weight loss
- Prefer a noninvasive treatment
- Can complete the recommended series of appointments
- Are willing to maintain their results through healthy lifestyle habits
A consultation is necessary to determine which EvolveX technology best matches your concerns.
Who may not be a good candidate?
Treatment may need to be postponed or avoided if you:
- Are pregnant
- Have an active infection, rash or open wound in the treatment area
- Have recently undergone surgery in the treatment area
- Have an implanted electrical device
- Have certain metal implants in or near the treatment area
- Have a medical condition that affects normal sensation or healing
- Have a muscle or nerve disorder that could be affected by electrical stimulation
- Are experiencing significant or unexplained swelling or pain
Provide a complete medical history during your consultation so your provider can determine whether treatment can be performed safely.
Can EvolveX replace exercise or weight loss?
EvolveX is not a substitute for exercise, a balanced diet or medical weight management. While electrical muscle stimulation can produce strong muscle contractions, it does not provide all the cardiovascular, metabolic and overall health benefits of regular physical activity.
The treatment is designed to complement an active lifestyle by refining selected areas that may not fully respond to diet and exercise alone.
Can EvolveX be combined with other treatments?
EvolveX may be combined with other body-contouring, skin-tightening or aesthetic procedures as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.
Some procedures may be performed during the same period, while others should be spaced apart. Your provider will recommend the safest sequence based on the areas being treated and your desired results.
